Descrizione del ruolo
Ricerchiamo un/una Senior Program Manager con comprovata esperienza nella gestione di programmi complessi in ambito Telecomunicazioni e Artificial Intelligence .
La risorsa sarà responsabile della governance end‑to‑end di iniziative strategiche , fungendo da punto di riferimento per il coordinamento di progetti che integrano infrastrutture Telco con soluzioni avanzate basate su AI.
Attività principali
Governance e coordinamento dell’intero ciclo di vita di programmi complessi
Supervisione di iniziative che integrano reti Telco e soluzioni AI (es. automazione di rete, predictive maintenance, AI-driven operations)
Gestione delle relazioni con stakeholder di alto livello ( C-Level, partner, team interni )
Identificazione e gestione dei rischi di progetto , con definizione di piani di mitigazione
Coordinamento di team cross‑funzionali e multiculturali (PM, architect, data scientist, network engineer)
Monitoraggio delle performance economiche ( P&L ) e ottimizzazione dei costi
Supporto ai processi di change management organizzativo e tecnologico
Requisiti richiesti
Esperienza di almeno 8–10 anni in ruoli di Project / Program Management
Esperienza significativa su progetti complessi nel settore Telecomunicazioni
Solida conoscenza di:
Architetture Telco (5G, Cloud Native, SDN/NFV )
Soluzioni AI / Machine Learning applicate in contesti enterprise
Esperienza nella gestione di stakeholder complessi e contesti internazionali
Forte capacità di leadership, comunicazione e negoziazione
Requisiti preferenziali
Certificazioni PMP, Prince2, MSP o Agile (Scrum, SAFe)
Esperienza in programmi di trasformazione digitale su larga scala
Background consulenziale o system integration
