p pbOverview /b /p pWe are looking for an engaged and passionate /p pbOverview /b /p pWe are looking for an engaged and passionate bRetail Allocator /b to join our Integrated Business Planning Function, in our HQ in Milan, Italy. /p pbYour Impact /b /p pThe candidate will support Allocation and Replenishment activities, contributing to inventory optimization and product availability across markets, through data-driven analysis and cross-functional collaboration. /p pbIn Particular, The Retail Allocator Will Be Responsible For /b /p ul liManage allocation and replenishment activities across different geographical areas, ensuring the optimal balance between inventory levels, demand and commercial priorities /li liMonitor and analyze stock levels, orders, shipments and forecast data, identifying potential issues and supporting corrective actions when necessary /li liTrack and evaluate key performance indicators such as Sell Through, Weeks of Supply, Stock Cover, Out of Stock and Overstock to assess inventory performance /li liIdentify and manage situations of overstock, understock, and out-of-stock by proposing allocation, replenishment, stock transfer and rebalancing actions /li liCoordinate stock rebalancing activities across markets, regions and channels to maximize sales opportunities and improve inventory productivity /li liSupport forecasting and inventory planning activities through analysis of historical data, sales trends, coverage levels and future product availability /li liMonitor inbound and outbound shipments, coordinating with relevant departments to resolve delays, discrepancies or operational issues /li liSupport shipment and allocation prioritization processes in situations of limited product availability, balancing business priorities and market requirements /li liPrepare and maintain regular reporting and ad hoc analyses to support corporate teams and business decision-making processes /li liPartner with regional teams to understand market needs, providing analytical support and challenging local requests when required based on data-driven insights and global priorities /li liCollaborate closely with Planning, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Logistics, Retail, E-commerce, and other HQ functions involved in inventory management processes /li liManage multiple markets and priorities simultaneously, working independently and driving actions based on business impact and performance /li /ul pbQualification /b /p pbWho We Are Looking For /b /p ul liBachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field /li liAt least 3 years of experience in Allocation, Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics or other highly analytical roles /li liAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and strong ability to work with large volumes of data /li liStrong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to transform data into actionable insights and operational recommendations /li liExcellent problem-solving abilities and a data-driven decision-making approach /li liAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills /li liFluency in English /li /ul pbWe Would Appreciate a Person Who Is /b /p ul liAnalytical, proactive and results-oriented /li liOrganized and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment /li liComfortable working in international and cross-functional environments /li /ul pbCompensation Benefits /b /p ul liApplication of CCNL Tessile /li liCompensation package range: from 35.000 € to 40.000 € gross. /li liCompetitive Corporate Welfare Services /li /ul pMoncler Group is an equal opportunity employer, which means we do not discriminate on the basis of Ethnic origin, Skin color, Religion, Civil status, Age, Nationality, Ancestry, any form of disability or neurodivergence, medical condition, Gender, Gender Identity or Expression, Sexual Orientation.
