Data Team Lead, EMEA

Overview

In this role you lead end-to-end data management delivery for single or multi-service projects, ensuring timely, high-quality outputs that satisfy sponsors. You provide strategic and hands-on guidance to the Data Management team, overseeing planning, execution, and project close-out while managing timelines and budgets. You'll drive process improvements, support new technology implementations, and collaborate across functions to meet client expectations. This position offers influence over study validation, data integrity, and operational procedures within a data-driven clinical research environment.

Responsabilità

• Gather study setup requirements from stakeholders
• Support validation of new device integrations with minimal guidance
• Oversee regular data cleaning to deliver quality data on time
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
• Manage service levels and timelines per SOW with guidance
• Support training of new joiners
• Lead internal study meetings and sponsor audits, participate in kick-off meetings
• Track project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
• Oversee implementation of new technology or database revisions with guidance
• Collaborate with programming team on process innovation and automation
• Maintain compliance with trainings and eSOPs
• Provide review and expert opinion on core operating procedures and work instructions
• Foster collaborative communication across functions
• Perform other duties as directed by Line Manager

Requisiti fondamentali

• 3-4 years direct Data Management experience
• minimum 1 year as CDM project lead
• English fluency (spoken) and advanced English
• Advanced computer applications (Microsoft Excel, Word, Inbox)
• Advanced understanding of drug development lifecycle and clinical research processes
