S/he will assume oversight for the store when the Store Manager is not present. Identify and execute efficiencies and best practices /liliEnsure compliance with all internal control procedures. /li /ul /brh3Required Qualifications /h3 /brulliMinimum of 5 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience or relevant client related experience (e.g., hospitality). /liliProven track record in sales generation, managing the achievement of sales results. /liliProven ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships while ensuring brand recognition and penetration in market. /liliFlexibility to work in various roles based on business needs (i.e., on the sales floor, operations, etc.). /liliItalian and English speaking abilities are mandatory, a third language is an appreciated plus. /li /ul /brh3Preferred Qualifications: /h3 /brulliA college/university degree. /liliGraduate gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) course work is preferred.br/For new joiners for this role in Italy, the annual gross salary associated with this position starts from 40.000€. This is only the initial annual gross salary granted to this position. This figure has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria and reflects the starting salary normally applicable to the position at the time of publication of this job posting. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as your unique blend of experience and skills, start date and our current organizational needs.
