Guest Experience Telephone Operator (Front Office)

Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is seeking a Telephone Operator for our Rome location. You will be the personable point of contact for guests from arrival to departure, delivering courteous, efficient and friendly service in a luxury environment.
You will answer calls, forward requests, take reservations, handle complaints with hospitality expertise, and collaborate with all hotel departments to support front office operations. Fluent English and professional telephone presence are essential.
