Obiettivo del ruolo
Il Sales Manager riporta direttamente all’Amministratore Delegato ed è responsabile del fatturato aziendale e dei margini generati con particolare riferimento alle regioni Piemonte, Lombardia e Veneto.
Responsabilità principali
- Gestione clienti acquisiti e relativa fidelizzazione
- Business development
- Analizza l’andamento della concorrenza
- Monitora l’andamento degli stock al fine di anticipare le necessità di mercato.
- Monitora l’andamento dei piani di vendita su prodotti, applicazioni e soluzioni in collaborazione con il reparto Marketing
- Aggiorna costantemente il CRM aziendale con le informazioni commerciali
Competenze e Requisiti
Conoscenze tecniche:
- Esperienza di 3 anni nel settore automazione, macchinari industriali
- Formazione tecnica
- Abitudine all’utilizzo dei principali CRM e del pacchetto Office
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
