As a Junior Sales Engineer for Industrial Hydraulics, you will join our Sales Team. You will be based in Casalecchio di Reno (BO) and responsible for managing direct customers in the Center‑South area. You will begin your journey through our Graduate Specialist Program, which takes place for the first few months at our headquarters in Cernusco sul Naviglio (MI).

Responsibilities

• Take commercial responsibility for direct customers in your assigned area, focusing on Industrial Hydraulic technologies. You will be supported in analysing market data and collecting key insights from customers and internal stakeholders to design and execute effective sales and marketing plans.
• Build a strong relationship with the local Application team and the Headquarters to share best practices, coordinate technical solutions, and contribute to continuous business growth.
• Be involved in sales negotiations and provide support throughout both pre‑sales and post‑sales phases. You will contribute to the achievement of key commercial KPIs—including turnover and margins—by supporting new business development activities and strengthening customer loyalty.
• Understand market needs and trends to guide customers toward the most appropriate products and technical solutions. Participate actively in national and international trade fairs and events to represent the company and expand business opportunities.
• Conduct market research with territory and competition mapping.

Education

• University degree or ITS specialization in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.

Compensation & Benefits

In line with our compensation policies, the gross annual salary (RAL) for this position lies within the range €31,000 - €34,000 for a 40‑hour work week. The remuneration package also includes an individual performance‑related bonus.
