Overview
As a Data Scientist in the Pricing team, you design and deploy predictive technology to support pricing, renewal forecasts, and portfolio optimization. You will work within a technology-driven environment to solve complex insurance problems and generate business value. The role offers a flexible, hybrid setup with a focus on learning, collaboration, and DEI. You will collaborate across teams to translate data insights into actionable pricing strategies. This is a chance to shape pricing capabilities at scale in a supportive, innovative company.

Responsabilità
- Design and build predictive models for future claims, renewal probability, price demand, and portfolio value optimisation
- Implement new technologies to solve complex problems and drive team goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into pricing strategies
- Work within an innovative, technology-driven environment to generate business value
Requisiti fondamentali
- STEM degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Physics
- Experience as a Data Scientist with strong Python programming
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience with machine learning algorithms and industry best practices
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Fluent in English; Spanish optional
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
