Overview

The role involves working in a residential community for young adults with moderate physical and cognitive disabilities. The focus is on an innovative, youth-oriented care approach that promotes social interaction and enhances the quality of life through structured activities and shared moments.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance and support to residents in daily living activities.
• Implement structured therapeutic and recreational activities to encourage socialization.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to monitor and improve residents’ well‑being.
• Adhere to care protocols and ensure a safe, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Valid professional qualification as a socio‑sanitary operator or equivalent title.
• Preferable prior experience in a similar role.
• Immediate availability to start.
• English/Italian language proficiency as required.
