Per un'azienda leader nel settore dell'impiantistica con sede a Reggio Emilia, siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa dinamica, brillante e reattiva da inserire all'interno del team Customer Care Italia .
Attività e Responsabilità
La persona inserita opererà a diretto contatto con i clienti e con i reparti interni (logistica, commerciale e produzione) per garantire un servizio fluido ed efficiente. In particolare, si occuperà di:
- Redazione e invio di offerte commerciali accurate.
- Gestione delle comunicazioni e assistenza clienti quotidiana via telefono ed e-mail.
- Inserimento e aggiornamento dati attraverso l'utilizzo dei gestionali interni dei clienti.
Requisiti richiesti
Accogliamo sia profili alla prima esperienza strutturata sia risorse con breve background nel ruolo:
- Formazione / Esperienza: Profilo Junior (24-25 anni) con Laurea Triennale in ambito Economico o Umanistico, oppure candidato/a Under 30 con breve esperienza in ruoli analoghi (back office commerciale, customer service).
- Lingue: Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata).
- Competenze tecniche: Ottima familiarità con l'uso del PC e dei principali software gestionali.
- Soft Skill: Cerchiamo una figura sveglia, proattiva, ben organizzata e con una spiccata motivazione a mettersi in gioco.
Cosa offriamo
- Inserimento con contratto CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria .
- Retribuzione Annua Lorda (RAL) compresa tra 23.000 € e 25.000 € .
