You will drive the Organization toward a data driven mindset, enabling analysis and decision making through Data analytics. Through statistical approach you will be required to determine key process drivers impacting performances and describing future scenarios. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDriving Engineering Teams Demand vs Capacity Analysis /li liAnalyzing Demand evolution over Quarters to understand trends and variances versus Actuals /li liDriving Engineering Teams to accurate and timely Vouchering allocation /li liWorking with Outsourcing Leader and Outsourcing Quality leader to build the appropriate Supply Base /li liSupporting the Team in Milestones and Earned Value Management implementation and adoption /li liSupporting Functional Costs analysis to understand cost drivers and drive cost reduction actions /li liApplying Data analytics to Engineering Processes /li liDriving proactive data driven approach throughout the engineering chain enabling decision making and being ambassador of the mindset /li liDeveloping positive relationships and work closely with IET Engineering Leaders and Operations to enable decision making and share best practices /li liCommunicating results to various audiences from key executives to Operative Resources in the Organization. /li /ul h3Fuel your passion /h3 pTo be successful in this role you will have /p ul liMaster’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or Engineering /li liHave significant experience in Data Management and Proven analytical and organizational ability /li liExceptional ability to interact with global, multicultural teams and foster collaboration in matrix organizations. /li liAbility to coordinate several projects simultaneously. /li liEffective problem identification and solution skills. /li liExperience working with internal stakeholders. /li liStrong oral and written communication skills for reporting, stakeholder engagement, and team coordination. /li /ul h3Desired Characteristics /h3 ul liExperience in Operations or Finance /li liExcellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills /li liGreen or Black Belt certified /li liAbility to influence others and Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact /li /ul h3Work in a way that works for you /h3 pWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
