Overview
En VIE, vous contribuez au déploiement de l’offre financière liée à l’immobilier résidentiel et commercial et au financement structuré. Vous intégrez une équipe locale et travaillez avec des interlocuteurs variés pour soutenir les transactions et la relation client. Vous analysez des dossiers financiers, préparez des documents et soutenez l’exécution des deals dans un contexte international. Ce poste vous permet de développer une expertise en financement structuré et en wealth management au sein d’une banque internationale de premier plan.

- Analyser la situation financière des clients/prospects et recommander des stratégies financières adaptées
- Préparer analyses, pitch-books, term sheets et documents commerciaux
- Rédiger des credit papers et des demandes de financement
- Collaborer avec les divisions clés (Wealth Managers, Risk, Legal) tout au long du processus de crédit
- Soutenir l’exécution des transactions
- Documenter les projets et activités via un reporting structuré et régulier
- Documenter et actualiser la connaissance des besoins financiers des clients en tenant compte des aspects professionnels et personnels
- Identifier et gérer les risques et les questions de conformité selon les régulations nationales et internationales et celles du Groupe
- 0–2 années d’expérience
- Master en Finance, Économie ou Ingénierie de gestion avec spécialisation marchés financiers
- Maîtrise parfaite d’Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Anglais courant
- Compétences en analyse des états financiers et en évaluation de la solvabilité
- Connaissance du secteur Real Estate Finance appréciée
- Capacité à travailler en synergie avec l’équipe et à respecter les délais
- Proactivité, précision, sens des responsabilités
