As a Design Engineer, you’ll play a key role in turning ideas into reality, transforming concepts into prototypes and supporting the journey to full-scale industrialization. /p pIf you will join us in this role you will initiate new projects and follow up existing ones, reporting to the RD Engineering Team Leader and cooperating with the Project Leader and Test Engineer to create an efficient and effective RD organization. /p h3What will you be responsible for as Design Engineer? /h3 ul libSupport the entire development process /b—from component design to full machine validation. /li liCreatebtechnical drawings, perform calculations, and conduct testing /b. /li liCollaborate closely with thebProject Team /b, applying your technical leadership to bring innovative technologies from concept to product. /li liFocus onbmaximizing customer value /bwhile minimizing waste. /li liWork alongside thebRD Engineering Team Leader /b,bProject Leader /b, andbTest Engineer /bto ensure efficient and effective project execution. /li /ul h3What do we expect from you? /h3 ul liAbdegree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering /b. /li lib3–5 years of experience /b in design and process manufacturing, ideally in an industrial design environment. /li liStrong skills inbCAD design /b,bmechanical parts calculation /b, andbBOM management /b. /li liA keenbeye for detail /band a hands-on approach to problem-solving. /li liAbself-motivated team player /bwho thrives in multidisciplinary environments. /li liYou’re full of energy, eager to collaborate, and ready to bring your technical expertise and fresh ideas to tackle the challenges of product development.
