Your responsibilities will include managing daily activities such as Health Safety–driven risk analysis, planning and coordination, customer communication, and the efficient management of technical teams and resources. /p h3How you will do it /h3 ul liDevelop a deep understanding of customers, their businesses, and the processes and tools they use to achieve their objectives. /li liEnsure best-in-class service delivery through effective resource planning, deployment, and field operations administration. /li liOwn and drive financial KPIs for the assigned area of responsibility, including revenue, margin, profitability, resource utilization, and absorption /li liPartner closely with your direct manager and other service delivery leaders to ensure resources are deployed in line with contractual obligations and customer commitments /li liMonitor field service execution to ensure internal processes are followed and customer expectations are consistently met /li liTrack and report competitor activity and market trends relevant to the service business growth strategy /li liApply and promote safety policies in industrial environments in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree D.Lgs. 81/2008 /li liPrepare and validate work permits, including work at height, activities on operating plants, correct application of LOTO (Lockout/Tagout), PPE, and operating procedures /li liSupport the assessment of specific risks through on-site inspections, coordinating with internal or customer RSPP and HSE Managers. /li /ul h3What we look for /h3 h3Required /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree or equivalent /li liProven technical expertise in Industrial Refrigeration and/or the HVAC market. /li liMinimum 5 years’ experience managing field resources, ideally in a Service environment (preventive maintenance, repair activities, and larger modernization projects) /li liStrong safety mindset and solid knowledge of Italian HS regulations (D.Lgs. 81/2008) /li liAssertive, action-oriented leader, results-driven and innovative; able to solve complex problems under tight deadlines /li liFluent in Italian with a good knowledge of English (reading, writing, and presentation skills) /li liProficient in Excel, Word, and AI tools/LLMs. /li /ul h3Preferred /h3 ul liASPP certification (not essential, but highly valued). /li /ul h3Our benefits /h3 pWe offer an exciting and challenging position with great personal freedom and professional responsibility. The final package will reflect your experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
