Your work will empower our engineering teams to deliver high‑quality software with confidence, enabling our Engineers to build products that will eliminate the financial bureaucracy for our customers. /p h3What You’ll Ship /h3 ul liOversee the health, stability and scalability of CI/CD infrastructure to support Mollie’s product delivery. /li liMonitor and respond to outages in those systems to maintain high availability, reliability and operational standards. /li liDevelop, scale and implement strategies, guidelines, and governance of CI/CD systems while future‑proofing their architecture for security, compliance and resilience concerns. /li liOptimize and balance CI/CD compute and storage usage towards efficient resource usage while keeping developer experience in mind. /li liInvestigate, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to CI/CD tooling with internal customers, working collaboratively with other engineering teams to minimize to maintain seamless workflows. /li /ul h3What You’ll Bring /h3 ul liGood grasp of CI systems and hands‑on experience with Gitlab or similar (such as Jenkins, Buildkite, etc.), with a strong focus on self‑hosted operations. /li liSome experience with cloud‑native deployment and GitOps solutions such as Gitlab, ArgoCD or similar (Flux, GoCD, Spinnaker, Harness, etc.), with strong focus on self‑hosted operations. /li liPrior experience with at least one major cloud‑based provider as well as infrastructure‑as‑code tools such as Terraform. /li liComfortable running, monitoring and developing systems on Kubernetes and using tools like Helm. You’re also familiar with cloud‑native container tools and building optimised images. /li liGood problem‑solving and investigative skills, with a creative approach to tackling challenges using observability and debugging tools. /li liThe ability to work cross‑functionally, communicate effectively, and maintain clear documentation while having a customer empathy mindset towards product and application engineers. /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liPrevious experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) /li liPrevious experience building and operating continuous integration with Gitlab. /li liPrevious experience building and operating deployment platforms based on ArgoCD. /li /ul h3Grow your way /h3 pAt Mollie, growth is personal.
