Project Financing Analyst

Experteer Overview

In this role, you will oversee the financial management of project financing structures during their operational phase in Italy. You will collaborate with internal teams and external lenders to monitor cash flow, ensure covenant compliance, and support monthly closings and budgeting. You will update financial models, generate key ratios, and report financial indicators to shareholders. You will also coordinate information flow across departments and maintain relations with agent banks and advisors. This position offers the opportunity to impact the energy transition by ensuring the financial health of critical projects within ENGIE's portfolio.Retribuzione / Benefits

• Oversee covenants and ensure compliance with financial documents
• Monitor actual and forecast cash flow across terms
• Manage intragroup financial transactions (loans, distributions)
• Ensure timely debt service payments (principal, interest, IRS, fees)
• Update financial models and calculate DSCR metrics
• Report P&L, BS, CFS, and ratios to shareholders
• Coordinate internal departments for prompt covenant-related information
• Maintain relationships with agent banks and advisors

Responsabilità

• Experience in cash flow management
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of SAP (FI-CO)
• Knowledge of Project Financing structures
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Team working skills
• Degree in Economics or equivalent
