Ruolo professionale - Per ampliamento organico, a supporto di un importante cliente finale che opera nel campo dell'editoria, siamo alla ricerca di un: AI Engineer con solide basi di sviluppo software e interesse per il mondo LLM, RAG e AI Agents.
Cosa farai:
- Sviluppare moduli e use case basati su Generative AI e agenti intelligenti
- Progettare e implementare Knowledge Base e architetture RAG su grandi volumi documentali
- Lavorare su pipeline di ingestione dati (documenti, API) e integrazioni tramite REST API
- Contribuire alla costruzione e all'evoluzione di sistemi agentici e MCP server
- Sperimentare strumenti e tecnologie per rendere le soluzioni AI scalabili, sicure ed efficienti
Competenze che cerchiamo:
- Sviluppo con Python
- Conoscenza dei concetti fondamentali di LLM (RAG, embeddings, inference)
- Esperienza o interesse in Prompt Engineering
- Conoscenza dei principi base di sicurezza e data privacy applicati all'AI
Sede: Milano (ibrido)
Dettagli dell'offerta:
- Contratto regolato dal CCNL Commercio.
- Retribuzione: RAL da 25.000 fino a 28.000 euro annui, commisurata all'esperienza e alle competenze maturate.
- Buoni pasto: ticket restaurant del valore di 7,50 euro per ogni giornata lavorata, inclusi i giorni di lavoro da remoto.
- Altro: assicurazione sanitaria
