IL RUOLO: Cerchiamo una persona che diventi un vero e proprio pilastro creativo del nostro team. Il ruolo è Full-Time e 100% da remoto , ma con la valigia sempre pronta: ti chiederemo di seguire i ritmi dei principali tornei internazionali e di viaggiare insieme a noi. Di cosa ti occuperai nel quotidiano: Ideazione e Produzione: Creare, pianificare e produrre contenuti originali (testi, video, format social) in perfetto stile Carota Boys. Storytelling e Calendario: Gestire il piano editoriale, coprire live i tornei e raccontare il tennis in modo coinvolgente, adattando il linguaggio a Instagram, TikTok e YouTube. Presenza Scenica: Non starai solo dietro le quinte. Ti chiederemo di metterci la faccia, parlare in camera e condurre i nostri format. Brand Partnership: Collaborare alla progettazione di campagne e attivazioni con i nostri brand partner, portando idee fresche e visione strategica. REQUISITI: Cultura Tennistica: Conosci a menadito il circuito ATP/WTA, le sue dinamiche e i suoi protagonisti. Creatività e Copywriting: Hai solide competenze nella scrittura creativa, nello storytelling e sai padroneggiare toni di voce diversi (dall'ironico al giornalistico). Skills Tecniche: Ottima dimestichezza con video editing e grafica per i social. Social Intelligence: Esperienza pregressa nella gestione di social media e nell'adattamento dei formati alle diverse piattaforme. Soft Skills: Autonomia organizzativa, grande energia, propensione al lavoro di squadra (anche a distanza) e disponibilità a orari flessibili per seguire i tornei dall'altra parte del mondo. COSA OFFRIAMO Collaborazione continuativa con Partita IVA (è richiesto esserne già in possesso o avere la disponibilità ad aprirla), per un impegno a tempo pieno all'interno di un ambiente giovane, ambizioso e in fortissima espansione. Lavoro da remoto con flessibilità totale, ma con l'opportunità di viaggiare per seguire dal vivo i tornei del circuito. La possibilità di costruire il tuo Personal Brand e fare networking di altissimo livello nel mondo dello sport business e della creator economy. L'opportunità di lavorare a contatto con brand internazionali. Compenso economico da concordare: la retribuzione sarà commisurata alla tua reale esperienza, alle tue competenze e al valore che porterai all'interno del progetto.
