Additionally, you will guide them in using platform tools and features and resolve technical issues. The job also requires multitasking and using several tools simultaneously. /p pThis position offers comprehensive training for new employees, covering technical skills, customer management, and product knowledge. After successfully completing the training, employees are integrated into the Teleperformance team and offered a contract. /p pThe workplace is based in Lisbon, with rotating shifts, and follows Portuguese public holidays.
