The Senior Product Developer is responsible for overseeing the development and management of the entire product lifecycle, from concept to production.

They work closely with design, merchandising, and production teams to ensure that each item meets market needs and is consistent with brand objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

* Lead the product development process, from ideation to market launch.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, merchandising, sales) to align the product vision with business goals.

* Plan and monitor roadmaps and timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.

* Write and manage technical specifications and product requirements.

* Oversee prototyping, testing, and technical validation.

* Ensure products meet quality standards and cost targets.

* Provide support and mentoring to junior team members.

* Identify and resolve any issues during the development process.

* Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely product realization.

* Monitor post-launch performance and suggest improvements.

* Manage product categories within their area of expertise, ensuring constant updating and sharing of alignment files with their manager
