ppFor an important client we are looking for: /p h3Job Title /h3 pElectricity Automation Manager /p h3Location /h3 pMantova /p h3Type /h3 pPermanent role, full-time /p h3Compensation Package /h3 pCCNL Industria Alimentare, Quadro, gross annual base salary €77.500 /p h3Position Summary /h3 pProvide support for Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Electricity and Automation professional and technical operational activities and during participation in CAPEX projects; doing so in line with corporate guidelines, enforcing that all activities enhance business objectives, product quality and plant operation/performance while ensuring that people health and safety, product safety and environment are never compromised. /p h3Duties /h3 pParticipates in Capital Investments projects in the factory ensuring that the technical solution follows corporate and market standards and is delivered with the expected quality, being on time and in budget. Responsibilities include: the preparation of the user and technical specifications, coordinating the requirements of the main users (production, quality, etc.), the follow up of the solution development, the pre-test, implementation and training of operators and maintenance crews. Must fully understand the technical details of the MES and Electrical Automation solutions in all projects. /p pEnsure Process Equipment safety for people, products and environment and that one exhibits an attitude of absolute intolerance for unsafe situations. Participates in the implementation of engineering tools at site level and in the activities in the factory. /p pEnsures that all installations comply with market and corporate safety, health, /p penvironment, product safety and product quality standards. Ensures that the key /p pdocumentation is up to date and in place (i.e. SLD, URS, FDS, Calibration procedures, etc.). Ensure the application of the market and local MES-EA related legislation (i.e. electrical, calibration, etc). /p pPlay a key role in the continuous improvement of the factory through mastering the process and product characteristics and improve quality, safety and eiciency. /p h3Requirements /h3 pMinimum 3 years Automation and/or MES engineer with Electrical experience /p pPersonnel Supervision (of technical teams, contractors or other 3rd parties) /p pParticipation in the development of engineering projects as part of a multidisciplinary team (preferably including dierent products and technologies in Electrical and Automation areas) /p pParticipation in the start-up of technical equipment(s) and/or production line(s) /p pSelf Management following defined KPIs/Objectives, and proactively tracking them /p pPreventive maintenance planning and/or maintenance execution /p ul liUniversity Degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering. /li liFluency in Italian and English is required. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
