Together with the team you innovate for a better tomorrow, ensuring every application benefits from the most sustainable solution available. /p h3The Role: /h3 ul liHydraulic design: Design components and new machines and maintenance of legacy products. /li liPerform CFD and FEM simulations /li li2D and 3D CAD design of components, assemblies and layouts /li liSupport labo during the development and test of the prototypes and follow the qualification tests. /li liCreate the BOM /li liSupport Purchasing team during sourcing phase /li liSupport Production during the start-up phase of serial production /li liCreate all documents requested by the project – Layouts, 2D/3D for spare parts and mauals, librairies for the configuration system /li liCheck and document the product compliance with current regulations. /li liCooperating with TI and engineering departments and their Project Leaders /li liCooperating with ALL other Local Corporate departments and their Project Leaders for the activities related to the project development during the different phases /li /ul h3What we expect from our candidates: /h3 ul liMaster’s degrees in mechanical engineering or similar /li liSpecialization in hydraulic engineering is a plus /li liExperience in manufacturing company (at least 2 years) /li liExperience in designing, castings and machining (at least 2 years) /li liUse of CFX simulation software for manufacturing products (at least 2 years) /li liUse of CAD and Solidworks for manufacturing products (at least 2 years) /li liStrong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills /li liStrong attention to details and data analysis skills /li liProactive and able to successfully work in team /li liGood command of Microsoft 365 applications and AI technologies /li liFamiliarity with ERP/MRP systems /li liAvailable for national and international travel /li liFluent in Italian and good command of English is essential (both spoken and written) /li /ul h3What is important for us: /h3 ul liActive collaboration with your colleagues /li liPromotion of new ideas with a focus on improvement and innovation /li liAdherence to the company rules, commitment to develop inclusion and collaboration in the workplace /li liPromotion of the company’s values - Interaction, Commitment and Innovation - to fulfil Atlas Copco vision “First in mind – First in Choice” /li liCustomer centric approach /li /ul h3Compensation Benefit /h3 pThe compensation and benefits package outlined below has been designed for candidates whose qualifications, skills, and experience closely match the requirements described in this job posting. The compensation package includes a starting salary within the relevant pay range beginning at €32k gross per year divided in fourteenth month's salary and participation in the collective profit-sharing bonus program.br/In addition, employees benefit from a hybrid working model with flexible working hours.
