Your Role

As a Sales Agent , your mission will be to represent the Group in your market and expand our presence across retail networks, distributors, importers and buying groups.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Opening new customer accounts across Retail and Impulse channels;
• Developing our brands and licensed products with food retailers and distribution groups;
• Presenting our product ranges, innovations and commercial offers;
• •Supporting commercial negotiations with buyers;
• Ensuring regular follow-up with prospects and existing customers;
• Providing market intelligence on pricing, competitors, trends and customer needs;
• Representing the Group at international and local trade shows.

Your Profile

We are looking for an established Sales Agent with strong knowledge of the local Food / FMCG market.

Key requirements:

• Proven experience in selling food products to Retail and/or Impulse channels;
• An active network of contacts with key buying groups and retail organisations;
• Strong knowledge of Retail, Impulse, Frozen Food, Snacking and/or FMCG channels;
• Proven ability to open new accounts and develop brands within a local market;
• Native or bilingual proficiency in the language of the target market is mandatory; professional English is essential; French would be an advantage;
• An autonomous, structured, entrepreneurial and results-driven mindset.

Previous experience in frozen products, ice cream, licensed products, private label or international food brands would be a strong advantage.
