Data & AI Transformation Lead

Costa is seeking a Data & AI Manager in Genoa to drive the design, delivery and governance of data and AI products across the organization. You will translate business needs into scalable, value-generating solutions and partner with IT, commercial and operations to accelerate Costa's data-driven evolution.
The role requires strong analytics capabilities, modern platform knowledge and an international mindset, with a hybrid working arrangement and generous wellbeing benefits.
