IMPIEGATO/A CUSTOMER SERVICE JUNIOR
La risorsa verrà inserita all’interno dell’ufficio Customer Service e, dopo un iniziale periodo di affiancamento e formazione, si occuperà della gestione e assistenza dei clienti , supportandoli nelle diverse fasi dell’ordine e contribuendo a garantire un servizio puntuale ed efficace.
Non è richiesta una precedente esperienza nel ruolo: la ricerca è rivolta anche a neolaureati/e o candidati/e alla prima esperienza lavorativa interessati a intraprendere un percorso professionale in ambito Customer Service.
La conoscenza della lingua inglese non rappresenta un requisito necessario .
Si offre
- Inserimento iniziale con contratto di somministrazione ;
- Orario full time di 40 ore settimanali , dal lunedì al venerdì;
- Percorso di affiancamento e formazione iniziale;
- Inserimento in un contesto aziendale strutturato e dinamico.

Responsabilità
- Gestione delle richieste dei clienti tramite telefono ed e-mail;
- Inserimento, verifica e monitoraggio degli ordini;
- Assistenza al cliente relativamente a prodotti, ordini, consegne e disponibilità;
- Gestione di eventuali problematiche, segnalazioni e richieste post-vendita;
- Aggiornamento delle informazioni all’interno dei sistemi aziendali;
- Collaborazione con gli altri uffici aziendali per garantire una corretta gestione delle richieste.
Skill e Professionalità
- Laurea triennale, preferibilmente in ambito economico, umanistico o affine;
- Buona dimestichezza con il pacchetto Office e con gli strumenti informatici;
- Buone capacità comunicative e relazionali;
- Predisposizione al contatto con il cliente;
- Precisione, organizzazione e capacità di lavorare in team.
Informazioni retributive
Retribuzione: 9.60 euro lordi orari
