Outlet Client Advisor - Serravalle

Overview

Moncler is currently looking for a Full-Time/Part-Time Client Advisor to join the team of our Store in Serravalle.

As a Client Advisor, you will embody the brand's values through professional presence, refined communication style and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. You will guide each client through Moncler's heritage and collections, developing a deep understanding of their needs and building long-term, sustainable relationships.

Working together with the boutique team, you will contribute to both individual and collective performance, ensuring the highest standards of service and operational excellence.

Your Impact

• Deliver exceptional client experiences by supporting customers and creating a warm and welcoming environment.
• Consistently achieve strong sales performance and business results.
• Implement and maintain the Company's Visual Merchandising standards, ensuring effective stock management and replenishment.
• Actively contribute to the preparation and execution of inventory activities.
• Work effectively and enthusiastically with the team, bringing positive energy and motivation while acting as a reliable and supportive partner.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in sales roles; experience within structured luxury fashion or retail companies is considered a strong advantage.
• International mindset and ability to work effectively with a diverse and international clientele.
• Passion for retail, strong client orientation, and a commercially driven mindset.
• Excellent understanding of the luxury market and strong product sensitivity.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in Italian and English is required; proficiency in any additional language will be considered a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• Employment under the CCNL Tessile collective agreement.
• Gross annual salary range: €25,000-€30,000 (full-time based), depending on relevant experience, skills, and internal equity considerations.
