Digital Factory Manager

ppbTXT Quence /b, part of the TXT Group, is looking for a Digital Factory Manager to join an important client. /p pThe position will be offered at either Digital Factory Manager Professional or Digital Factory Manager Expert level, depending on the candidate’s skills, experience, and level of autonomy. /p pThe successful candidate will be responsible for defining the technological vision, architecture, and integration strategy of the client’s digital ecosystem, coordinating technology initiatives involving B2B and B2C platforms as well as internal solutions. The role involves strong technical leadership in Software Architecture, IoT, Connected Platforms, and Digital Transformation, contributing to the evolution of digital platforms and connected systems. /p pThe candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, Product and Engineering teams, and technology partners, ensuring technical quality, solution scalability, and the achievement of project objectives. /p pThe successful candidate will work closely with the client and the project’s technical lead, operating with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility. /p h3Main Responsibilities: /h3 h3Digital Factory Manager Professional /h3 ul liContribute to defining the technical architecture of digital platforms and connected systems; /li liSupport the design of IoT ecosystems and Cloud/Edge integrations; /li liTranslate functional requirements and business objectives into scalable and sustainable technical solutions; /li liProvide technical leadership across project streams and support Product and Engineering teams in technology-related decisions; /li liEnsure compliance with architectural standards, development best practices, and quality requirements; /li liContribute to defining integration strategies across heterogeneous systems and platforms; /li liContribute to technical governance and the adoption of Agile methodologies and continuous improvement processes; /li liCoordinate and monitor project delivery activities, ensuring compliance with technical standards; /li liCollaborate with internal stakeholders and technology providers on relevant activities; /li liSupport the evolution of digital platforms in terms of reliability, security, maintainability, and scalability. /li /ul h3Digital Factory Manager Expert /h3 ul liDefine and govern the end-to-end technical architecture of the entire digital ecosystem; /li liAct as the primary technical point of contact for the client, business stakeholders, and technology partners; /li liDefine the technology vision and evolution roadmap for digital platforms and connected systems; /li liLead the design and evolution of complex IoT ecosystems and Cloud/Edge integrations; /li liDefine integration strategies across B2B and B2C platforms, internal solutions, and connected systems; /li liLead Product and Engineering teams in strategic architectural and technology decisions; Promote technical governance, architectural standards, and continuous improvement processes; /li liEnsure the technical quality, scalability, security, reliability, and sustainability of solutions; /li liCoordinate technology providers and partners, with direct responsibility for architectural direction; /li liDefine technology roadmaps and lead Digital Transformation initiatives. /li /ul h3Required Technical Skills: /h3 h3Digital Factory Manager Professional /h3 ul liExperience in designing and evolving distributed software architectures; /li liKnowledge of Software Architecture and System Integration principles; /li liExperience in designing end-to-end solutions and integrating systems; /li liKnowledge of IoT ecosystems, Connected Platforms, and Cloud architectures; /li liExperience in integrating software components, services, and hardware devices; /li liKnowledge of major IoT communication protocols; /li liExperience in applying Agile methodologies and structured delivery practices; /li liAbility to coordinate technical activities and support multidisciplinary teams; /li liAbility to define integration solutions across heterogeneous systems and platforms; /li liGood command of both written and spoken Italian and English; /li liExperience in e-Mobility, charging infrastructure, and B2B/B2C digital platforms is considered a plus. /li /ul h3Digital Factory Manager Expert /h3 ul liProven experience in governing complex and distributed enterprise software architectures; /li liAbility to define the architectural vision and technology roadmap for complex digital ecosystems; /li liExperience in designing large-scale Edge-to-Cloud architectures and Distributed Computing solutions; /li liExperience in defining enterprise integration strategies across platforms, applications, and heterogeneous systems; /li liProven experience in governing complex IoT ecosystems and large-scale connected platforms; /li liProven experience in electric mobility and charging infrastructure environments; /li liKnowledge of the OCPP protocol and CPMS platforms; /li liKnowledge of enterprise frameworks and solutions for large-scale Internet of Things environments; /li liExperience in defining and managing technology roadmaps and Digital Transformation programs; /li liAbility to lead strategic architectural decisions and cross-functional technology initiatives;
