You will manage cross‐regional teams and strategic technology partners, driving continuous service improvement and operational excellence. You'll align IT operations with strategic objectives while shaping a modern, resilient enterprise IT environment. Responsabilità

• Lead IT Operations and Infrastructure globally and mentor teams
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of enterprise IT services
• Manage hybrid on‐premise, private cloud, and public cloud environments
• Oversee networking, cloud services, endpoint management, identity, and cybersecurity operations
• Drive service improvement and operational excellence
• Manage external vendors against SLAs
• Establish Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Management processes
• Support Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT operations with strategic objectives

Requisiti fondamentali

• Proven leadership in IT Operations, Infrastructure Management, or Service Delivery
• Experience managing technical teams and external providers
• Strong background in enterprise IT and operational governance
• Experience with ITIL-based service management
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
