ph3Job Purpose /h3 pMSC Cruises is looking for a bTest Analyst /b to join its Digital Transformation organization. /p pThe role will support the analysis and validation of complex end-to-end journeys involving multiple business processes, applications and technology platforms. /p pThe successful candidate will analyses functional and technical requirements, identify the relevant test scenarios and ensure appropriate coverage across the systems involved. The role will also support business stakeholders in validating the identified scenarios from a business perspective and will work closely with the Test Lead in planning and coordinating technical-functional testing activities. /p pThe position requires strong analytical capabilities and the ability to collaborate effectively with Product Owners, Scrum Teams, business stakeholders and cross-functional technology teams. /p h3Key Accountabilities /h3 ul liAnalyze functional and technical requirements related to complex end-to-end business journeys. /li liUnderstand system interactions, integrations, dependencies and data flows across multiple applications and platforms. /li liIdentify and document technical-functional test scenarios based on business requirements, solution designs and end-to-end processes. /li liDefine positive, negative, alternative and exception scenarios to ensure comprehensive test coverage. /li liReview requirements and solution documentation to identify potential gaps, ambiguities, risks and testing dependencies. /li liSupport business stakeholders in reviewing and validating test scenarios from a business and operational perspective. /li liWork with Product Owners, Scrum Teams and cross-functional teams to review the coverage of the identified scenarios. /li liConsolidate and maintain end-to-end test lists, ensuring consistency, completeness and traceability against the relevant requirements. /li liSupport the Test Lead in planning technical-functional testing activities, including priorities, timelines, dependencies and required resources. /li liSupport the organization and coordination of test sessions involving business stakeholders. /li liFacilitate alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders throughout the testing lifecycle. /li liMonitor the coverage and readiness of end-to-end test scenarios, escalating potential risks or blockers to the Test Lead. /li liSupport the analysis of defects, including the identification of impacted processes, systems and business journeys. /li liContribute to test progress reporting and provide clear updates on scenario coverage, risks, dependencies and open issues. /li liPromote a structured, risk-based and quality-focused approach to end-to-end testing. /li /ul h3QUALIFICATIONS (skills, Competencies, Experience) /h3 ul liPrevious experience in software testing, quality assurance, business analysis or a similar role. /li liProven experience in analyzing functional and technical requirements within complex digital or IT transformation programmers. /li liExperience in defining technical-functional test scenarios and validating end-to-end processes across multiple systems. /li liGood understanding of integration testing, system testing and User Acceptance Testing. /li liExperience working with business stakeholders, Product Owners, developers and multidisciplinary delivery teams. /li liGood knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working with Scrum Teams. /li liFamiliarity with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira, Xray or equivalent. /li liStrong written and spoken English. /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. /li liAbility to translate complex technical and functional requirements into clear and structured test scenarios. /li liGood understanding of system integrations, interfaces, APIs and data flows. /li liAbility to assess test coverage and maintain traceability between requirements, journeys and test scenarios. /li liStrong planning, organization and prioritization skills. /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder-management capabilities. /li liAbility to facilitate working sessions involving both business and technical participants. /li liDetail-oriented and able to work effectively in a complex, fast-paced and international environment. /li liProactive approach to identifying testing gaps, dependencies and delivery risks. /li liAbility to work independently while contributing effectively to a cross-functional team. /li liExperience with large-scale digital transformation programmers. /li liKnowledge of API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI. /li liExperience in risk-based testing and test-design techniques. /li liISTQB certification or equivalent. /li liKnowledge of test automation concepts and information is provided regarding the initial compensation foreseen for the position. /p h3Contract /h3 ul liType of contract: Permanent /li liHybrid working model: 2 days per week remotely /li salary (RAL): between €35.000 – €42.000 gross per year, paid over 14 monthly installments /li liMeal vouchers: worth €8 per on-site working day /li /ul pThe offer in terms of salary will be determined
