Engadin St. Moritz Mountains gehört zu den führenden Anbietern alpiner Erlebniswelten – international ausgezeichnet und tief im Engadin verwurzelt. Auf Corviglia verbinden wir Bergbahnen, Hotellerie und Gastronomie zu einzigartigen Momenten für Gäste aus aller Welt.
Für unsere drei trendigen Gastronomie-Hotspots White Marmot, Edy’s und quattro Bar suchen wir ab 1. Oktober 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die gerne operativ mitanpackt.
Als Assistant Operations & Guest Experience bist du das verbindende Element zwischen Gästeservice, Administration und operativem Betrieb. Du unterstützt die Betriebsleitung im Tagesgeschäft, sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe und bist aktiv in die Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Banketten und Events eingebunden.
Deine Aufgaben
- Operative Unterstützung der Betriebsleitung im Tagesgeschäft
- Mitverantwortung für Bankette & Events: Planung, Koordination, Durchführung und Nachbearbeitung
- Kassenführung, Tagesabschlüsse und strukturierte Ablage
- Unterstützung der Teams bei digitalen Tools & Systemen
- Reservationen, Gästekontakt und Empfang
- Tägliche aktive Mitarbeit an der Front
Was du mitbringst
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Gastronomie oder Hotellerie (Idealfall KV oder Restaurantfachmann/-frau)
- Freude an einem stark operativen Job und am direkten Gästekontakt
- Organisationstalent, Flexibilität und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Digitale Affinität und sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Vorteil: Erfahrung mit Protel und Abacus
- Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch, Italienisch und Englisch
