Overview
In this role you help clients and public administrations improve the effectiveness and efficiency of processes, driving stronger financial performance. You join the Monitoring Public Team in Naples to support governance, planning, and the use of European structural funds. You'll tackle EU-funded programs, contribute to policy-driven projects, and engage in international studies for the European Commission. This is a collaborative, growth-focused opportunity in a large, values-driven firm with a strong ESG and inclusion mindset.

Responsabilità
- Organize accounting and establish internal control systems
- Provide technical assistance for FEAMP/ERDF/ESF+/FSC programs for central/regional administrations
- Design models and systems to support governance and planning of public resources (including PNRR)
- Lead international projects and studies for the European Commission
Requisiti fondamentali
- 7+ years of experience in public sector or national/structural funds
- Solid understanding of Public Administration and EU program management and control (AdG/AdC/AdA)
- Excellent English
- Proficiency in MS Office; data visualization tools preferred
- Master in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration
