ServiceNow Developer

The candidate will be a member of the team responsible for implementing and maintaining state of the art Business Applications on the ServiceNow platform.

As a ServiceNow Developer you will develop new modules and business flows in ServiceNow Application. You will also maintain and enhance existing modules and business flows in ServiceNow Application in order to adapt them to the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new modules and business flows in ServiceNow Application;
  
• Fix defects in ServiceNow modules;
  
• Adapt existing ServiceNow modules and business flows to changing requirements of our clients;
  
• Administration and configuration of existing ServiceNow modules;
  
• Writing of documentation and procedures / documenting the source code with comments and writing technical documentation;
  
• Implementing corrective actions;
  
• Reporting on progress, issues and problems to the supervisor;
  providing lessons learned and giving suggestions to optimize the work processes.

Job Requirements

• Solid experience with AngularJS and/or ServiceNow Service Portal development;
  
• Strong experience with ITSM application development and customization;
  
• Proven experience designing, developing, and maintaining integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, APIs);
  
• Good understanding of ServiceNow data model, CMDB, and CSDM concepts;
  
• Experience working with multiple ServiceNow modules (e.G., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM) is highly desirable;
  
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions;
  
• Comfortable performing code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices;
  
• Fluent in English, with the ability to clearly present ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders;
  

ServiceNow Certifications

Required:

• Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Strongly Recommended:

• Certified Implementation Specialist - Data Foundations (CMDB and CSDM) (CIS-DF (CMDB and CSDM))
• Certified Implementation Specialist - IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM)
