Your role
We are looking for motivated, curious and enterprising talent to join us at our Sedico Plant (BL).
As Production Supervisor Manager you will have the opportunity to experience what it is like to manage a highly complex Manufacturing Department, assuring excellent quality standards and driving effective and innovative people management.
Main responsibilities:
- Management of the efficiency and OEE KPIs
- Production Programming, detection of deviations and taking management actions in order to guarantee the required levels;
- Management of quality KPIs
- Knowledge and application of delegation mechanism.
- Responsible of the quality of the parts produced in his Shop.
- Critical reading of indicators regarding the cost of auxiliary materials (costs of maintenance, costs of indirect materials, costs of scrap,…);
- Advanced knowledge of work cycles and methods
- Contribution to the definition of the surface treatment’s area budget
- Knowledge of specific procedures, organizational and management references in order to cope with the environmental emergences.
- Knowledge of the operative modalities for interventions regarding safety at work or with significant potential risk.
- Management of labour‑intensive production areas, including the definition of WIP, workforce and production line balancing strategies. Application of 5S and 5M methodologies, and implementation of
- HR strategies focused on cascading communication and bottom‑up employee engagement.
Main requirements:
- Educational Background: University degree in Engineering
- At least 6 years of experience
- Proficient using of MS Office (Excel, PPT); first experience with SAP is a plus
- Strong strategic, analytical and problem-solving skills
