This is a hands‑on, data‑first role: you’ll spend most of your day inside spreadsheets, dashboards, and our CRM, turning raw data into insights that drive sales and business decisions. /p pYou’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to make sure our revenue processes run cleanly and the right data reaches the right people at the right time. If you’ve thrived in a startup or scale‑up where things move fast and you had to figure things out yourself, you’ll feel right at home. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liCRM Ownership: Keep our CRM accurate and up to date - pipeline hygiene, deal stage management, data quality. You’re the person who notices when something’s off and fixes it, improve efficiency of the tool and enforce compliance across the commercial team. /li liReporting Dashboards: Build and maintain the dashboards and reports that give Sales and leadership visibility into pipeline, conversion rates, revenue performance, forecasting, and prepare regular commercial reporting for the board. /li liData Analysis: Dig into commercial data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities. Translate numbers into clear, actionable takeaways for non‑technical stakeholders. /li liProcess Improvement: Map our lead‑to‑close processes, spot friction points, and collaborate with Ops and KYB/Compliance teams to improve processes and customer satisfaction. /li liSales Support: Assist with territory planning, account assignments, and ad hoc analyses. /li liTool Stack Management: Help manage and optimise the tools in our revenue tech stack: from CRM integrations to enrichment and automation tools. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li2-3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a closely related analytical role. /li liBackground in a startup, scale‑up, or small team environment: you know what it means to operate without a playbook. /li liYou live in data: advanced spreadsheet skills, able to build clean, readable reports from scratch, and comfortable turning raw data into structured insights. /li liHands‑on experience with a CRM tool and AI reporting. /li liStrong analytical mindset: you ask the right questions, structure problems clearly, and communicate findings simply. /li liProactive and autonomous: you don’t wait to be told something is broken. /li /ul h3Why Joining Hercle /h3 pThis isn’t a role where you’ll spend your days maintaining someone else’s spreadsheets.
