This role establishes and governs the global ways of working for supplier approval, qualification, monitoring, and maintenance, ensuring consistent standards and risk management throughout the supply chain. /ppWorking closely with Procurement, Quality, Food Safety, Operations, RD, and regional teams, the Global Supplier Quality Manager will drive supplier excellence, harmonize processes, strengthen compliance, and support business growth through a robust supplier quality management system. /ph3bWhat you will do /b /h3ulliDefine and coordinate deployment of the global supplier quality strategy, standards, and governance model. /liliDevelop and maintain global procedures, policies, and requirements for supplier approval, qualification, monitoring, and requalification. /liliEstablish harmonized ways of working across all regions and manufacturing sites. /liliAlign Materials Management, Incoming Control and Monitoring Rules. /liliLead the development and implementation of the supplier approval process for direct and indirect suppliers /liliDefine qualification requirements, risk assessment methodologies, and approval criteria. /liliDefine supplier performance indicators, scorecards, and monitoring mechanisms. /liliDrive supplier development and continuous improvement programs. /liliEnsure compliance with company standards and external regulations, including GFSI requirements, FSSC 22000, and local legislation. /liliSupport crisis management, supplier incidents, recalls, and root-cause investigations. /liliFoster a culture of quality excellence and proactive risk management throughout the supply chain. /li /ulh3bOur Perfect Candidate /b /h3ulliDegree in Food Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field. /liliMinimum of 8 years of experience in Quality, Food Safety, Supplier Quality, or Supply Chain management within the FMCG or food industry. /liliStrong understanding of supplier qualification, auditing, risk management, and quality systems. /liliExperience working with contract manufacturers, warehouses, logistics providers, and indirect sourcing. /liliSolid knowledge of food safety standards and regulations, including FSSC 22000, GFSI, HACCP, and GMP. /liliExperience with digital quality management systems and supplier management platforms. /liliStrong stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills. /liliAbility to work effectively in a global and multicultural environment. /li /ulpThe position offers a gross annual salary starting from 70,000€.
