Transformation Monitoring & Reporting Analyst

Overview

In this role you will consolidate and standardize transformation reporting across the portfolio, enabling executive decision-making. You will act as a central coordinator for performance monitoring, governance, and management information, ensuring timely, accurate, and harmonized updates. You'll drive reporting standards and dashboards, supporting senior leaders with clear insights. The position blends data quality, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to sustain the transformation program's momentum.

Responsabilità

• Monitor progress of transformation initiatives across all workstreams
• Consolidate and maintain initiative status, risks, dependencies, and benefits realization
• Own and improve reporting standards, templates, and governance processes
• Ensure data quality and consistency from project owners and PMOs
• Coordinate the reporting cycle and consolidate updates from all streams
• Develop standardized dashboards, KPIs, and executive packs
• Aggregate information across the portfolio and perform data quality checks
• Produce performance analyses highlighting variances, risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities
• Support executive-level reporting and presentations for leadership
• Maintain governance calendars and timetables for timely updates
• Drive continuous improvement to automate reporting and dashboards
• Contribute to materials for governance meetings and steering committees
• Support ad hoc analyses for Executive Leadership and shareholders

Requisiti fondamentali

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to interpret complex data
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, advanced formulas)
• Strong knowledge of PowerPoint and executive reporting
• Attention to data quality, consistency, and governance principles
• Ability to design, implement, and maintain standardized reporting processes across functions and geographies
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple cycles and deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Ability to identify risks and trends through data analysis
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple stakeholders
• Fluent English communication, both written and verbal
• Experience in PMO, Business Analysis, or related transformation/finance roles (1-3 years)
