Responsibilities
- Definisce budget costi con relativa temporizzazione e dettaglio per disciplina/settore/work package.
- Supporta il Project Control Manager nella predisposizione di modelli di pianificazione e controllo del progetto e verifica l’implementazione dei sistemi ad essi dedicati, con particolare riferimento a:
- Verifica, a supporto al RUP, del monitoraggio dell’avanzamento fisico ed economico delle commesse.
- Stima dei costi e pianificazione dell’andamento nel tempo predisposta dall’appaltatore, assicurando il tracciamento dei costi effettivamente sostenuti durante lo svolgimento dei lavori in rapporto a quanto pianificato.
- Identifica proattivamente potenziali impatti sulla pianificazione e formula proposte per la riduzione dei rischi previsti attraverso l’analisi delle criticità e il supporto nelle eventuali azioni di recupero, individuando scenari di miglioramento del progetto.
Qualifications
- 5+ anni di esperienza nel ruolo in progetti di costruzione.
- Laurea in ingegneria o economia.
- Qualifica PMI, Prince2 o equivalenti.
- Ottima conoscenza di planning/scheduling con Primavera, risk management, controllo costi.
