Marymoun International School is seeking Admissions and Events Assistant

Under the supervision of the Director of Admissions and Marketing, the Admissions and Events Assistant provides administrative and operational support across Admissions, Marketing, and Events. The role contributes to admissions and re-enrollment processes, database management, communication with families, data collection and reporting, and the effective day-to-day operation of the office.The position also supports the planning, coordination, communication, and delivery of school events and related activities. This includes assisting with event logistics, promotional materials, digital and visual communications, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and other activities that contribute to the successful implementation of school events and initiatives.### **Duties and Responsibilities****Admissions, Events and Administrative Support*** + Supports the Director of Admissions and Marketing with administrative, organizational, and operational functions and the daily management of the office.* + Supports admissions and re-enrollment processes, including documentation, communication, data entry, and follow-up activities.* + Assists families with access to relevant school systems and platforms.* + Maintains accurate records, databases, documentation, and other information relevant to Admissions, Marketing, and Events activities.* + Assists with the preparation, collection, and analysis of data, statistics, reports, and other information as required.* + Provides administrative and logistical support for meetings, appointments, visits, events, and other school activities.* + Maintains effective and professional communication with parents, students, faculty, staff, visitors, vendors, and external partners.* + Coordinates with relevant departments and stakeholders to support the effective delivery of Admissions, Marketing, and Events activities.* + Assists with the preparation and organization of materials, resources, spaces, schedules, and communications required for school initiatives and events.* + Supports the planning, coordination, implementation, and follow-up of school events and activities.* + Assists with event-related logistics, including scheduling, registrations, guest communications, suppliers, materials, setup, and on-site support as required.* + Supports the New Family Reception, Open Days, community events, school celebrations, and other events relevant to Admissions and Marketing.* + Assists in sourcing and coordinating materials, services, suppliers, and digital tools required for events and departmental activities.* + Contributes to event planning documentation, timelines, checklists, and post-event evaluation and record keeping.* + Provides practical support during events and responds flexibly to operational needs as they arise.* + Treats all information with discretion and confidentiality as appropriate.* + Performs basic troubleshooting and contributes to the ongoing improvement of work processes, including learning and integrating new technologies.* + Promotes a collaborative and supportive working environment.* + Undertakes other reasonable duties and responsibilities as requested by the Head of School, the Director of Admissions and Marketing, or another member of the Senior Leadership Team, provided that such duties are appropriate to the nature of the role and fall within the employee’s general area of competence and professional capability. ### **Marketing and Communications*** + Participates in Marketing meetings and contributes to the planning and communication of school events and initiatives.* + Creates and coordinates internal and external graphics, infographics, promotional materials, invitations, signage, and other communications.* + Supports the development and distribution of promotional and informational materials for Admissions, Marketing, and Events.* + Assists the Director of Admissions and Marketing in evaluating and coordinating the purchase of materials, services, and digital platforms.* + Collaborates with colleagues to ensure consistent and timely communication relating to events, admissions activities, and school initiatives.To apply, please visit the Marymount International School - Employment Page #J-18808-Ljbffr
