As a Tech Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading and supporting our Full Stack Development (Frontend and Backend) and Quality Assurance teams. Your technical leadership will ensure the quality, scalability, and user experience of our e‑health solutions, contributing to the digitization of healthcare management.

Your Contribution:

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Full Stack Development and QA teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Lead technical discussions and decision‑making processes, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Guide the design, development, and maintenance of scalable frontend and backend services using TypeScript, Node.js (NestJS), Python (Django/Flask), and modern web frameworks (Angular).
• Ensure efficient data storage and retrieval using both relational (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and non‑relational (MongoDB) databases.
• Ensure seamless user experiences by collaborating with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product team.
• Stay updated with the latest full stack technologies and industry trends, incorporating best practices into the development process.
• Ensure robust and reliable backend services through automated testing of RESTful APIs and seamless integration into CI pipelines.
• Conduct code reviews for test scripts and promote best practices and coding standards.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across Development, QA teams, and other stakeholders.
• Proactively address and resolve technical issues that arise within and between teams.

What You Bring Along:

• Several years of hands‑on experience in full stack development using TypeScript, Node.js (NestJS), Python (Django/Flask), and modern web frameworks (Angular).
• Experience in test automation and leading technical initiatives.
• Proven experience in managing complex projects and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Expertise in automated testing of RESTful APIs.
• Experience with CI pipelines, Docker, containerization, and relational/non‑relational databases.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with a proactive attitude.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to mentor and develop technical talent within the team.
• Professional proficiency in English and Italian; basic knowledge of German is a plus.
