Italian-speaking Tech Support Specialist in Athens (with relocation package)

Next Job Abroad is hiring on behalf of our client for an Italian‑speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international tech team in Athens, Greece.

The Role

As part of the customer experience team, you will:

• Support customers via phone, chat, and email
• Help users with technical issues across devices and accounts
• Troubleshoot mobile devices, software, and basic tech setups
• Assist with account security and password management
• Coordinate repairs and escalate more complex cases when needed
• Deliver a high-quality experience while representing a global tech brand

Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian
• Good level of English
• Interest in technology (iOS, MacOS, or similar is a plus)
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
