- Gestire l’intero ciclo di vendita dalle proposte alla chiusura
- Guidare i clienti verso soluzioni HR, Payroll e HCR
- Ampliare il mercato di riferimento e gestire relazioni con i clienti
- Utilizzare sistemi CRM per il tracking delle opportunità e delle trattative
- Collaborare con team interni per definire offerte su misura
- Mantenere alta customer satisfaction e precisione operativa
- Esperienza commerciale di 2–3 anni nella vendita di ICT, Telco o simili
- Laurea o diploma in materie economiche o ingegneristiche
- Predisposizione all’uso di tool digitali di collaborazione
- Buona conoscenza dell’inglese
- Patente B per spostamenti e trasferte
- Forte relazione con il cliente e orientamento al risultato
- Ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative
- Organizzazione e gestione del tempo
- Spirito imprenditoriale e proattività
- Uso di sistemi CRM
- Strumenti digitali di collaborazione di ultima generazione
- Conoscenza ICT e trasformazione digitale
