In this role you support commercial laundry operations in Lombardia, bringing consulting and tailored wash programs to optimize linen quality, efficiency, and sustainability. You work closely with cross‐functional teams to define dosages, troubleshoot machines, and advance customers’ cleanliness goals. You will help customers cut costs while reducing carbon footprint through innovative cleaning solutions. • Develop strategic plans for service/consultation calls with existing customers
• Define washing programs and set dosages on laundry machines
• Perform chemical analyses and measurements (conductivity, pH, titrations)
• Troubleshoot laundry machines and dispensing systems
• Support Sales by preparing and delivering presentations on products, processes, and programs
• Provide hands‑on product and solution training to the sales team
• Travel within assigned territory to service customers and grow accounts

Responsabilità

• High School Diploma or Bachelor in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related technical field
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in technical, service, or industrial environment
• Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record
• Willingness to travel within territory
• Strong problem‑solving and customer‑focused mindset
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with sales and service teams
• English proficiency level B2 or higher
