Remote Sales Director - B2B SaaS Growth Leader

David Kennedy Recruitment is seeking a Sales Director to lead the development of its sales organisation and drive commercial growth. The role works remotely with locations in UK/USA/Dubai and involves defining strategy, building a scalable sales function, and driving revenue growth.
You will collaborate with the Sales Manager to establish processes, targets and performance frameworks while leading and coaching a high-performing team. Strong English and leadership skills are essential.
