The role will contribute to the rollout of new features, support seller campaigns and events, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure initiatives are relevant and effective for the Italian market. /ph3What You Will Accomplish /h3ulliProvide support for the rollout of new features in Italy, with an initial focus on Collectibles. Examples of new features include Coins grading, Collectibles grading and AG. /liliHelp review and validate customer-facing materials requiring localization, ensuring Italian language, tone, and terminology resonate authentically with passionate collectors communities. /liliOperate in cross functional teams /liliOrganise seller campaigns and events when needed, including potential direct interactions. /li /ulh3What You Will Bring /h3ulli3+ y experience in e-commerce, category management, consulting or similar roles. /liliFirst-hand experience buying or selling on eBay or competitor platforms/online /liliAbility to analyse data, extract key insights, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations /liliStrong execution communication skills with the ability to deliver on multiple projects simultaneously /liliComfort working in a fast-paced online or e-commerce environment /liliAbility to build collaborative relationships with internal and external partners to achieve shared goals /liliMothertongue in Italian and fluent in English (oral and written) /li /ulh3Additional Details /h3pThe base pay range for this position is expected in the range below: /pp36,000 EUR - 49,700 EUR /ppBase pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a range of insurance coverage (including medical) and/or other benefits (including retirement plan eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO, wellbeing and parental leave).
