Facility, Safety and Sustainability Specialist - Fiesso D'Artico (Italy)

In this role, you will oversee Facility, Safety and environmental sustainability topics for the Accessories Division across Fiesso and Milan. You will ensure regulatory health and safety compliance and act as the reference point for facility-related issues at both sites. You will drive maintenance programs, safety governance, and sustainability initiatives in collaboration with HQ and Italian sites. You will work with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency, risk management, and environmental performance. • Oversee maintenance of plants and machinery, coordinating third‑party providers and budget‑aligned activities
• Manage external maintenance contracts, ensuring adherence to budgets and service levels
• Draft and track preventive and corrective maintenance plans for equipment and systems
• Define and monitor KPIs for operational efficiency of machinery
• Manage company car fleet and related policies
• Coordinate maintenance of fire prevention systems at both sites
• Develop and update Risk Assessment Documents and safety measures per applicable regulations
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations; update procedures and instructions
• Promote safety culture through training and information sharing with HQ and other sites
• Schedule health surveillance and mandatory safety training in coordination with HR and Occupational Physician
• Coordinate emergency and incident prevention and response
• Prepare documentation for outsourced activity interferences (D.U.V.R.I.)
• Report on accidents, near misses, and safety/environmental KPIs
• Support supervisors in safety procedure compliance, and provide basic safety training for new staff
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects in Environment and Safety
• Coordinate waste management and environmental compliance with third‑party providers
• Verify supplier environmental permits and documents; promote environmental culture across sites
• Participate in Maison Sustainability initiatives and serve as a reference point on sustainability topics

Responsabilità

• 5+ years in a similar industrial facilities/safety role
• University degree in Engineering or Economics, or a master in HSE topics
• Fluent in Italian and English; French a plus
• Willingness to travel frequently within Italy
• Experience in service provider management and budget monitoring
