Based in Italy, and truthful to its DNA, KIKO MILANO takes advantage of combining trustworthy quality, creativity and stunning aesthetics /p h3Your role at KIKO MILANO /h3 pWe are looking for a bProduct Manager /bto join KIKO MILANO’s Product Team. /p pSuch talent is responsible for the full product development lifecycle and performance analysis, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, profitability targets, and execution timelines. /p pIn particular, your main areas of responsibility will be: /p ul liLead the end-to-end process of product launches, from the initial ideation phase to execution — including the definition of the product concept, development of mood boards to guide visual and storytelling direction, coordination with RD and packaging teams, and alignment with brand positioning and market trends. /li liAnalysis of trends, competition and identification of new consumer insights /li liMonitoring and analysis of sales performance post-launch, with follow-up activities to identify trends, areas for improvement, and corrective actions in collaboration with marketing, trade, and retail teams /li liPartner with the Brand Communication team to align on product positioning and narrative, ensuring consistency with the brand identity /li liWork in synergy with the other company functions involved in brand development: Marketing, Brand Communication, PR, Training, Digital, Supply and Finance /li /ul h3What you will need to succeed /h3 ul liDegree or Master in Economics, Marketing or Business Management /li li4+ years’ experience in a similar role for a multinational company /li liGood knowledge of Excel and Power Point /li /ul h3We would love if you had /h3 ul liExperience working in a fast-paced environment /li liExcellent communication and influencing skills with experience of building relationships across an organization /li liStrong organisational skills with an ability to re- prioritise as required to meet deadlines /li liStrong problem-solving skills detail-oriented /li liAbility to multi-task and be action oriented; exercise independent judgement and decision-making /li liAbility to manage change /li liStrong mediation and collaboration skills to align global brand strategy with local market needs /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
