In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow while supporting both internal and external financial processes. You will report directly to the Finance Sponsorship Specialist, gaining valuable insights and mentorship along the way. /p h3Your Responsibilities Will Include /h3 ul liAssist in collecting, compiling, and analyzing data to maintain accurate and timely records for sponsorship invoices, ensuring alignment with supporting documentation. /li liCollaborate with the Business Support Team to gather data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. /li liReview and analyze data received from Business Units and other teams (e.g., Global Business Services). /li liEnsure accuracy of various areas while performing month-end close including General ledger, accruals, VAT, Fixed Asset, Operating expense /li liProvide support to accounting team members with day-to-day financial tasks and activities. /li liHelp prepare reports by gathering and analyzing information. /li liSupport to SOX program /li liEnsure compliance with internal finance policies and procedures. /li liAssist in preparing and organizing documentation required for audits. /li liParticipate in identifying opportunities for process improvements and standardization across multiple legal entities. /li liContribute to creating monthly and ad hoc financial reports. /li liWork effectively with diverse teams to support the achievement of organizational goals. /li /ul h3What Are We Looking For in You /h3 ul liGraduated or studying a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or related field /li liFluency in English (B2+ level) /li liGoods skills in Excel /li liKnowledge of SAP is a plus /li liEager to learn new tasks and to work in a stimulating multinational environment /li liAnalytical thinking /li liGood Communication /li liGood team player /li liPassionate and curiosity for finance and compliance matters /li /ul h3What We Can Offer To You /h3 ul li6-month paid internship (with the possibility to renew it for 6 more months) /li liWorking in an international environment /li liInspirational colleagues culture /li liA team-oriented company culture /li liInternational opportunities /li liPossibility to make an impact /li liFast Growing and innovative environment. /li /ul pLocation: on our Milan offices, on a hybrid work mode schedule. /p pRequisition ID: /p pBoston Scientific transforms lives through innovative medical technologies that improve the health of patients around the world.
