Bar Supervisor - W Rome

POSITION SUMMARY

As a Bar Supervisor , you will be the driving force behind the daily operation of the bar, leading by example and ensuring that service is executed with style, precision and personality. You will inspire the team, create a vibrant atmosphere and deliver unforgettable beverage experiences while maintaining the highest standards of quality and guest satisfaction.

From crafting signature cocktails and sharing your knowledge of wines and spirits to anticipating guest preferences and supporting the development of the team, you will play a key role in bringing the W brand to life. You will work closely with leadership to enhance performance, foster a positive team culture and ensure smooth and efficient operations at all times.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment, enjoys leading people and is passionate about creating experiences that guests will talk about long after they leave.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Deliver exceptional and personalized beverage experiences
• Lead, motivate and support the bar team during daily operations
• Share product knowledge and confidently recommend wines, spirits and cocktails
• Ensure stock levels, replenishment and bar organization are consistently maintained
• Support hiring, training, coaching and development initiatives
• Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment for guests and talent
• Uphold Marriott and W standards in every aspect of the operation
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to create seamless guest experiences

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar Food & Beverage role
• Previous leadership or team coordination experience is considered a strong advantage
• Wine, spirits or cocktail certifications are appreciated but not required
