La tua missione
Cerchiamo esclusivamente un Product Manager con esperienza nel settore cucine che guiderà lo sviluppo delle collezioni Febal Casa, trasformando le esigenze del mercato in prodotti competitivi, industrializzabili e distintivi.
Seguirai l'intero ciclo di sviluppo prodotto, dal brief iniziale al rilascio delle collezioni e alla chiusura dei cataloghi di linea, assicurando qualità, rispetto delle tempistiche e coerenza con gli obiettivi di business.

Entrerai nel team che sviluppa le future collezioni cucina di Febal Casa.
Lavorerai a stretto contatto con sviluppo prodotto, industrializzazione, marketing, vendite e fornitori, contribuendo alle scelte che definiscono l'evoluzione della gamma.
Seguirai ogni progetto dalla fase di sviluppo fino al lancio sul mercato, con un impatto diretto sulla competitività dell'offerta e sul successo delle nuove collezioni.
Chi cerchiamo
Questo ruolo è dedicato esclusivamente a professionisti provenienti da aziende produttrici di cucine.
Hai maturato esperienza nel Product Management e conosci in modo approfondito il prodotto cucina, le logiche costruttive, i materiali, la ferramenta, i sistemi funzionali, l'integrazione con gli elettrodomestici e i principali processi produttivi del settore.
Hai gestito progetti di sviluppo prodotto e sai coordinare interlocutori diversi mantenendo il focus su qualità, tempi e risultati.
Prendi decisioni basandoti su dati, analisi di mercato e confronto continuo con clienti, punti vendita e rete commerciale.
È richiesta la disponibilità a trasferte.
