SaaS Sales Manager (Fleet & Insurance)

The role

You'll sell our SaaS suite (V-Fleet, V-Parts, V-Insurance, V-Analytics and more) to new and existing customers, with a consultative approach and a focus on long-term relationships. Our platforms digitise and streamline the entire vehicle maintenance, repair and claims cycle, cutting costs and downtime for anyone running a large fleet.

Roughly 70% of the role is new business and 30% is growing existing accounts. The primary focus is short-term and long-term vehicle rental companies.

Who you'll sell to

• Short- and long-term rental companies and fleet operators
• Insurance companies, for claims handling
• Automotive and mobility operators

You'll be talking to senior managers and decision-makers: maintenance leads, procurement teams, claims managers. In Italy, and where relevant at the European headquarters of these groups. The international sales opportunities that come out of those conversations are just as significant.

What you'll do

• Win new customers across rental, fleet, insurance and mobility
• Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close
• Grow existing accounts over time, expanding the products they use (cross-sell and upsell)
• Run meetings and demos, with support from our tech team and CTO

What we’re looking for

• Experience in consultative or enterprise B2B sales, and comfort with complex, multi-stakeholder deals
• An existing network among rental companies, fleets, insurers or other industry players
• A background in B2B SaaS or software, ideally automotive tech, insurtech or mobility
• A master's degree
• Fluent English, for conversations with international counterparts
• Knowledge of the automotive, fleet, insurance or mobility sector

• An indicative gross annual salary of €45,000 to €55,000, to be defined based on experience and skills, plus a performance-based variable
• Based in Milan, with travel

The salary range indicated is published in accordance with D.Lgs. 96/2026 and may be defined on the basis of objective criteria such as experience, skills and the responsibilities of the role.
